Welcome to our little cozy corner of the world! We are the Wilfley’s, Sydney and Houston, and we are so excited to share a little part of our life! We have been married for 5 years and about a year and a half ago we bought our first home. A cute little fixer upper built in 1942 with great bones (original hardwood, yay!). As a young couple, recent college graduates, and now new home owners we know how important it is to be able to take a space and make it yours, while sticking to a budget. We are always looking for ways to DIY something that may be out of our budget and looking for the best deals on home items to turn our house into our dream home. I grew up in a home where my mom and dad (a plumbing contractor) were always renovating and I am so excited that I get a chance to do the same to my own home.
And yes, we will be sharing things other than DIYs and home renovation! We love to landscape, Houston is an awesome gardener, we started raising the cutest backyard chicken flock, and we love to cook! We really want to share all our tips, tricks, and the things we do that turn our house into a cozy home. I hope you will follow along and connect with us on this journey!
